PURSUANT to the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, as amended
by section 2 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act
1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
consents to the closing of the portion of the road known as
Shelly Beach Road, in the City of Auckland, described in the
Schedule hereto.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the portions of roads described in the
Schedule hereto shall on and after the date of this Order
in Council become county roads.

SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those roads situated in Block IX, Town of Manapouri,
known as Home Street, approximately 26½ chains in length,
View Street, approximately 39 chains in length, and an
unnamed street opposite Sections 107 and 108, Block IX,
aforesaid, approximately 1½ chains in length; as the same
are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W.
3386 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

All that portion of road being part of Pourakino Road,
adjoining Sections 8, 38, and 41, Block XXI, Jacobs River
Hundred; commencing at the south-western corner of Section
41 aforesaid and proceeding thence north-westerly generally
for a distance of approximately 55 chains, and ending at
the north-western corner of Section 41 aforesaid; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 3386 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
