HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act
1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises
the Kamo Town Council to permit the laying off of the pro-
posed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for
part of its length of less than 66ft, but not less than 40ft,
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 18,
19, 20, 21, and 22 of a subdivision of the land shown edged
green on the plan marked M.O.W. 3318 referred to in the
Schedule hereto within a distance of 15ft from the side line
of the said street.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
THAT proposed street in the Kamo Town District containing
by admeasurement 1 rood 1·4 perches, more or less, being part
Lot 23, L.T. 48957, being part Allotment 50, Parish of
Whangarei; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked M.O.W. 3318 deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises
the Palmerston North City Council to permit the laying off
of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a
width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less
that 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part
of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 1 to 10
(inclusive) of a subdivision of the land shown edged green on
the plan marked M.O.W 3327 referred to in the said Schedule
within a distance of 13 ft from the side line of the said street.

THAT proposed street in the City of Palmerston North contain-
ing by admeasurement 1 rood 26·53 perches, more or less,

His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises
the Dunedin City Council to permit the laying off of the
proposed new street described in the Schedule hereto at a
width of less than 66ft, but not less than 42ft, subject to
the condition that no building or part of a building shall at
any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the
plan marked M.O.W 3439 referred to in the said Schedule
within a distance of 15ft from the side line of the said new
street.

1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the ad-
vice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises
the Green Island Borough Council to permit the laying off
of the proposed new streets described in the Schedule hereto
at a width for the whole of their lengths of less than 66 ft,
but not less than 40 ft, subject to a condition that no building
or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land
shown edged green (excepting Lot 1, Block XVI, and Lot 10,
Block XVIII, D.P. 587) on the plan marked M.O.W 3385
referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 35ft
from the centre lines of the new streets.

known as Otaika Road, in the Borough of Whangarei, de-
scribed in the Schedule hereto.
