A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of August 1961.

All that piece of land containing 2 roods 22·3 perches, situated in the City of Hamilton, being Lots 2 and 3, D.P. S. 6712, being part Allotment 190, Parish of Kirikiriroa. Part certificate of title, Volume 1082, folio 221, Auckland Land Registry.

S. 6160, created by transfer S. 177762, and subject also to the fencing agreement contained in transfer 462504, Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of August 1961.
