restriction contained in special order No. Z2473, for a teacher's
residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 21st day of August 1961.

Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the interest in the land
described in the First Schedule hereto, held by Lindsay
Francis Brown, under and by virtue of deferred payment
licence, Volume 1047, folio 247, and the interest in the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto, held by Lindsay
Francis Brown and William Brian de Laval Lusk, under and
by virtue of deferred payment licence. Volume 1047, folio
281, are hereby taken for a university; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day
of August 1961.

and conveyance No. 29462, Otago Deeds Registry, are hereby
taken for a university; and I also declare that this Proclama-
tion shall take effect on and after the 21st day of August 1961.

Majesty the Queen by Donald Goldbury, of Wanganui, farmer,
under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 709, folio 39,
Wellington Land Registry, are hereby taken for a public
school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 21st day of August 1961.

of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.
