Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be
Subject to the Land Act 1948
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act
1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation
of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto being portion of provisional State forest set
apart by Proclamation dated the 4th day of March 1924, and
published in Gazette, 6 March 1924, Volume I, page 619, is
required for settlement purposes; and in accordance with the
provisions of the said Act such land shall, from and after the
day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State
forest land and shall become Crown land available for sale,
lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions
of the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
PART of Section 30, Block IX, Waikawa Survey District: Area,
576 acres 1 rood 3 perches, more or less. As shown on the
plan marked L. and S. 10/101/1B deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon

Authorising the Laying Off of Streets off Dunlop Road in
the Borough of Te Puke, Subject to a Condition as to the
Building Line

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 19th day of
July 1961
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act
1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises
the Te Puke Borough Council to permit the laying off of the
proposed streets described in the First Schedule hereto at a
width for part of their lengths of less than 66 ft, but not less
than 50 ft, and of the proposed streets described in the Second
Schedule hereto at a width for parts of their lengths of less
than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that
no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected
on the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W.
3226 referred to in the said First and Second Schedules within
a distance of 15 ft from the side lines of the said streets.

FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
FIRST, all that proposed street containing by admeasurement
1 acre 3 roods 30 perches, more or less, situated in the
Borough of Te Puke, being part Sections 41 and 42, Block II,
Maketu Survey District. Secondly, all that proposed street con-
taining by admeasurement 2 roods 20 perches, more or less,
situated in the Borough of Te Puke, being part Sections 41
and 42, Block II, Maketu Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 3226 deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
FIRST, all that proposed street containing by admeasurement
1 rood 17 perches, more or less, situated in the Borough of
Te Puke, being part Section 42, Block II, Maketu Survey Dis-
trict. Secondly, all that proposed street containing by admeas-
urement 1 rood 5 perches, more or less, situated in the Borough
of Te Puke, being part Sections 41 and 42, Block II, Maketu
Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 3226 deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

tions Act 1954, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
hereby consents to the closing of the portion of street known
as June Street in the City of Timaru described in the Schedule
hereto.

hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respec-
