A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 7th day of August 1961.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres situated in Block IX,
Katikati Survey District, being Lot 1, D.P. 17211, being part
Allotment 47, Parish of Tahawai. All certificate of title, Volume
685, folio 280, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 14th day of July 1961.

I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and

Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone
exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 7th day of August 1961.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Christchurch
Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 11·5 Part Rural Section 330; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 39·8 Part Lot 4, D.P. 5395, being part Rural Section
330; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 3290 (S.O. 9805) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a camping ground and
shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the
County of Marlborough as from the date hereinafter men-
tioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 7th day of August 1961.

SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 3 perches situated
in Block XII, Wakamarina Survey District, Marlborough R.D.,
being Section 44, Town of Havelock. All certificate of title,
Volume 29, folio 83, Marlborough Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 25th day of July 1961.
