A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing agreement contained in transfer S. 161954, Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of August 1961.
