Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in Block VII, Otahuhu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of August 1961.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 3 7 Allotment 20A, Parish of Manurewa. All certificate of title, Volume 1679, folio 89, Auckland Land Registry.
1 3 24 Lot 4, D.P. 10630. All certificate of title, Volume 1679, folio 90, Auckland Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, D.P. S. 6978, to the building-line restriction imposed by notice K. 33115, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of August 1961.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land containing together 4 acres and 3·5 perches situated in the Borough of Mount Maunganui, being Lots 1 to 18 (inclusive), D.P. S. 6978, being Sections 18 and 19, Block VII, Tauranga Survey District, and part of Omanu 2A 2 and 2B 1 Blocks. All certificate of title, Volume 1778, folio 94, Auckland Land Registry.

All that piece of land containing 2 acres 2 roods 1·5 perches situated in the City of Timaru, and being part Lot 2, D.P. 10517, being part Rural Section 5518; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3297 (S.O. 9812) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange. Part certificate of title, Volume 441, folio 185, Canterbury Land Registry.
