Revoking in Part a Proclamation Taking Additional Land at Paeroa for the Purposes of the Waikato-Thames Railway

A PROCLAMATION
PUSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 23rd day of April 1949 and published in the Gazette of that year at page 977 and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 12644, in so far as it affects that portion of land containing 8 perches, being part street in transfer 27527.
Situated in Block XII, Waihou Survey District, Borough of Paeroa. (S.O. 33974.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 9740 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington and thereon coloured green, edged green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of July 1961.

A PROCLAMATION
PUSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of August 1961.

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 rood 15·5 perches situated in Block III, Rangiriri Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Section 3, Suburbs of Rangiriri; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160317 (S.O. 39878) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue, edged blue.

A PROCLAMATION
PUSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a post office, subject to a right of way over the part shown coloured yellow on D.P. 43699, appurtenant to Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, D.P. 43699; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of August 1961.

PUSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for scientific and industrial research purposes (soil bureau); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of August 1961.

PUSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for buildings of the General Government, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by notice No. 448758, Canterbury Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of August 1961.
