Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Glen Innes

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of July 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 0·2 perches situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 21, D.P. 48360. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1903, folio 64, Auckland Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of July 1961.

Allocating Land Taken for Railway Purposes at Palmerston North to the Purposes of a Street

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Palmerston North City Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 17336 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
