A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a police station, is hereby set apart for broadcasting purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of July 1961.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 26·4 perches situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being part Town Section 359, Napier; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157149 (S.O. 3068) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of July 1961.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject to sewer and stormwater easements created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 546272 and to the right to form slope or batter created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 546273, Canterbury Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of July 1961.
