A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post-office purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of July 1961.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the interest in land described in the Schedule hereto, held by the Whangarei District Council of the New Zealand Federation of Labour, under and by virtue of lease dated the 1st day of December 1959, in terms of section 27 (3) of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of July 1961.
