Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Te Maunga

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of July 1961.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres 3 roods 0Β·42 perches situated in Block XI, Tauranga Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Papamoa No. 2 Section 10 Block; as the same is more particularly shown coloured pink on plan S.O. 21734 deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor Auckland, and being formerly all the land in Proclamation 5266 (Auckland Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of June 1961.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of July 1961.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 24Β·7 perches, being part Section 30, Block II, Tauhara Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3097 (S.O. 40838) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of June 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of water power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River Power Scheme); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of July 1961.
