southerly along the western side of the said motorway to
the intersection with the north-eastern side of the North Island
Main Trunk Railway; thence north-westerly along the north-
eastern side of the said railway and its production to the right
bank of the Papakura Stream; thence south-westerly along
the said right bank to and north-westerly and north-easterly
generally along the boundary of the Borough of Manurewa as
described in Gazette, 1960, page 1826, to the point of
commencement.

At the Government House at Wellington this 21st day of
June 1961
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 90 of the Education Act 1914, as amended
by section 10 of the Education Amendment Act 1952, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes
the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Pakuranga College
Board of Governors Order 1961.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of
August 1961. - The constitution of the Board of Governors of the Paku-
ranga College, prescribed by section 90 of the Education Act
1914, is hereby varied so that the school shall be controlled by
a Board of Governors constituted as followsβ
(a) One member appointed by the Auckland Education
Board;
(b) Six members elected by the parents of the pupils attend-
ing the school;
(c) One member appointed by the Governor-General;
(d) One member to be co-opted by the Board itself, if and
when it thinks fit.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves
of the resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the
1st day of May 1961 and set out in the First Schedule hereto,
in so far as it affects the side and portion of the street de-
scribed in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
THE Auckland City Council, being the local authority having
control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution
declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public
Works Act 1928 shall not apply to portion of Graham Street
fronting parts Lot 5 of Allotments 9 and 10, Section 20, City
of Auckland; and part of Allotments 7, 9, and 10 of Section
20, City of Auckland; and part of the land reclaimed from the
sea; and part Allotments 9 and 10 of Section 20, City of
Auckland; being all the land on D.P. 4979.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
THE northern side of all that portion of Graham Street in the
City of Auckland fronting parts Lot 5 of Allotments 9 and 10,
Section 20, City of Auckland; and part of Allotments 7, 9,
and 10 of Section 20, City of Auckland; and part of the land
reclaimed from the sea; and part Allotments 9 and 10 of Sec-
tion 20, City of Auckland, being all the land on D.P. 4979;
as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 3024 deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

At the Government House at Wellington this 28th day of
June 1961
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
orders and declares that the portions of road described in
the First and Second Schedules hereto shall, on and after
the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of road situated in Block VII, Galatea
Survey District, Whakatane County, commencing at the
easternmost corner of Section 32, Block VI, Galatea Survey
District, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction
for a distance of approximately 90 chains and terminating at
the south-eastern corner of Section 39 of the aforesaid Block
VI.
Also all that portion of road situated in Block VI, Galatea
Survey District, Whakatane County, commencing at the
southernmost corner of Section 34 of the aforesaid Block VI
and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction generally
for a distance of approximately 230 chains and terminating
at its junction with the Galatea Road.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 3026 (S.O. 36184) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured red and marked A-B-C and B-D respectively.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of road situated in Blocks III and VII,
Galatea Survey District, Whakatane County, commencing at
the north-western corner of Section 1 of the aforesaid Block
III and proceeding thence in a southerly direction generally
for a distance of approximately 200 chains and terminating
at the south-western corner of Section 3, Block VII, Galatea
Survey District.
Also all that portion of road situated in Block VI, Galatea
Survey District, Whakatane County, commencing at the north-
eastern corner of Section 18 of the aforesaid Block VI and
proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction generally for
a distance of approximately 130 chains and terminating at its
junction with Galatea Road.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 3027 (S.O. 36186) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red and marked A-B-C and B-D respectively.

Authorising the Laying Off of a Street off Pembroke Street
in the City of New Plymouth, Subject to a Condition as to
the Building Line

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act
1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises
the New Plymouth City Council to permit the laying off of
the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width
for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft,
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on Lots 109 to 112 and Lots 119
to 125 (all inclusive) of a subdivision of the land shown
edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 2974 referred to in
the said Schedule within a distance of 15 ft from the side line
of the said street.
SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
THAT proposed street in the City of New Plymouth containing
1 rood 7 perches, more or less, being part Lot 37, D.P. 8354,
being part Section 30 and part Maori Reserve 24, Fitzroy
District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked M.O.W. 2974 deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
