District, and proceeding easterly generally along the southern
side of the said highway and its production across the said
State Highway No. 2 to and southerly generally along the
left bank of the Waihou River to a point in line with the
northern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 8682; thence westerly
generally and northerly along the southern boundary of
Hauraki United Drainage District as described in Gazette,
1957, page 538, to the point of commencement.

proceeding north-easterly generally along the said shores to
and southerly generally along the left bank of the Waihou
River to a point in Block VII, Waihou Survey District in
line with the southern side of State Highway No. 2; thence
westerly generally along a right line across the said highway
to and along its southern side to a point in line with the
north-eastern boundary of Wairau 3D 2; thence along a
right line to the easternmost corner of the said Wairau
3D 2 to and along the northern and eastern sides of Kaikahu
Road to a point in line with the north-western boundary

boundary produced to and along the eastern and northern
sides of Kaikahu Road to the easternmost corner of
Wairau 3D 2 in Block VII, Waihou Survey District; thence
along a right line being the production of the north-eastern
boundary of the said Wairau 3D 2 across Kaikahu Road and
along the generally southern side of State Highway No. 2 and

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1953,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes
the following order.

ORDER

1. On and from the 1st day of July 1961, the area described
   in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the County of
   Manukau and included in the Borough of Manurewa.
2. The alteration of the boundaries of the said county and
   the said borough hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have
   been effected under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.

AREAS EXCLUDED FROM COUNTY OF MANUKAU AND INCLUDED

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Manukau
