HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, as amended by section 2 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the closing of the portion of street known as Rangaroa Road in the Borough of Taumarunui, described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT ALL that piece of street containing 6·2 perches situated in the Borough of Taumarunui, Auckland R.D., adjoining part Lot 2, D.P. 9124, and Lot 1, D.P. S. 1170, being part Sections 2 and 4, Block I, Rangaroa Village; the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2909 (S.O. 40810) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Waikato Valley Authority Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes provision for one member to be elected to the Waikato Valley Authority to represent the combined district comprising so much of the Counties of Rotorua and Taupo as lies within the Waikato Valley.
