A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of July 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 21 acres 2 roods 8·06 perches situated in the Borough of Upper Hutt, Wellington R.D., being Lot 2, D.P. 22300, being part Sections 90 and 91, Hutt District. Part certificates of title, Volume 431, folios 166 and 167 (limited as to parcels), and balance certificates of title, Volume 622, folio 14 (limited as to parcels), and Volume 716, folio 69, Wellington Land Registry.
