A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of July 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by George Fulcher, of Pahiatua, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 14A, folio 189, Wellington Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the said land described in the said Second Schedule, held from the said George Fulcher by Michael Henry Ryan, of Pongaroa, farmer, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 480165, Wellington Land Registry, are hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of July 1961.
