A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of July 1961.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 27·4 perches situated in the Borough of Oamaru, being Lot 6, D.P. 5558, Town of Awamoa, Extension No. 8.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for accommodation of immigrants, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of July 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes subject to the fencing covenant contained in transfer No. S. 160812, Auckland Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of July 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 25 perches situated in Block VII, Motatau Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 54, D.P. 7586, being part Motatau No. 2 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2046 (S.O. 42571) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
