A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed
and added to land now held for State forest purposes described
in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 4 acres and 9 perches
situated in Block XII, Kaipara Survey District, Auckland
R.D., and adjoining Sections 5, 6, and 8 of Block XII, Kaipara
Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked M.O.W. 2170 (S.O. 42521) deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured green.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land situated in Block XII, Kaipara Survey
District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the
portion of closed street described in the First Schedule hereto
is hereby added to the land now held for buildings of the
General Government described in the Second Schedule hereto.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All that portion of closed street containing 8·94 perches situ-
ated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., adjoining
part land on D.P. 4741, being part Section 4, Watts Peninsula
District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked M.O.W. 2282 (S.O. 24508) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
green.

All that piece of land containing 1 acre and 10·03 perches
situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being
part land on D.P. 4741, being part Section 4, Evans Bay
District, being all the land in Proclamation No. 490921, Wel-
lington Land Registry; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2282 (S.O. 24508)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured orange.

John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY

Rotokakah A 3c 2E 2c Block, situated in Block XII,
Whangape Survey District: Area, 299 acres 1 rood 28 perches,
more or less. Deeds index 1c, page 362. As shown on plan
No. 4/28 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand
Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (M.
L.C. Plan 14181.)

Block XVI, Russell Survey District: Area, 2,760 acres 2 roods
10 perches, more or less, As shown on plan No. 6/22 de-
posited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service
at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 42605.)
