A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land now held for defence purposes described in the Second Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of road situated in Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
