A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of June 1961.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 6·4 perches situated in Block XII, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 40092, being part Allotment 70, Takapuna Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2758 (S.O. 42721) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
