Crown Land, Subject as to Part to a Right of Way, Set Apart for Buildings of the General Government in the Borough of Motueka

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto, subject as to part to the right of way created by transfer No. 29150, Nelson Land Registry, is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of June 1961.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 23·53 perches situated in the Borough of Motueka, Nelson R.D., being Lot 1, D.P. 5945, being part Section 153, District of Motueka, formerly part certificate of title, Volume 82, folio 165, Nelson Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of June 1961.

Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the City of Napier

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Napier as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of June 1961.

SCHEDULE

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 14 acres 1 rood 17 perches situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being part Lot 15, D.P. 2849, being part Block 100, Puketapu Crown Grant District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2879 (S.O. 3356) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of June 1961.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Whakatane described as follows:
