A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or
enjoyment of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 19th day of June 1961.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 32·3 perches situated in
Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland,
Auckland R.D., and being Lot 2, D.P. 36703. Part certificate

as to parcels).

Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby pro-

hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway.
