Authorising the Laying Off of a Street off Ngarimu Street in
the Borough of Havelock North, Subject to a Condition as
to the Building Line

At the Government House at Wellington this 24th day of
May 1961
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act
1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises
the Havelock North Borough Council to permit the laying
off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto
at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less
than 40 ft, subject as to a condition that no building or part
of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown
edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 2751 referred to in
the said Schedule within a distance of 13 ft, from the side line
of the said street.
SCHEDULE
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
THAT proposed street containing by admeasurement 1 rood 14
perches, more or less, situated in the Borough of Havelock
North, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 9754,
and part Lot 5, D.P. 9981, part Suburban Section 14,
Havelock. As the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked M.O.W. 2751 deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents
to the Waitomo County Council stopping the portion of road
described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of road containing 2 roods 12·2 perches situ-
ated in Block IV, Otanake Survey District, Auckland R.D.,
adjoining or passing through Te Kuiti B 12 and B 14 Blocks;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 2789 (S.O. 40642) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
green.

District, Rotorua County, to be County Road

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 10th day of
April 1961

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and
declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule
hereto shall on and after the date of this Order in Council
become county road.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of road situated in Blocks III and VII,
Atiamuri Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at its
junction with Matapan Road at the north-western corner of
Section 2, Block VII, Atiamuri Survey District, and proceeding
thence in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of
approximately 237 chains and terminating on the north-eastern
boundary of Section 17, Block VII, Atiamuri Survey District.
Also all that portion of road situated in Blocks III and VII,
Atiamuri Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at its
junction with Ohakuri Road at the southernmost corner of
Section 9, Block VII, Atiamuri Survey District, and proceeding
thence in a north-easterly direction generally for a distance
of approximately 166 chains and terminating on the eastern
boundary of Section 30, Block III, Atiamuri Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 2489 (S.O. 40304) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red and marked A-B and C-D respectively.

PURSUANT to section 8 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
directs that the proposed access way described in the First
Schedule hereto shall be of a width of more than 12 ft, but
not more than 66 ft, and also that the proposed access way
described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be of a width
of more than 12 ft, but not more than 66 ft, and also that the
proposed access way described in the Third Schedule hereto
shall be of a width of more than 12 ft, but not more than 34 ft.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that proposed access way situated in Block I, Waiheke
Survey District, Auckland R.D., containing 2 roods 3·3
