A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 8·8 perches situated in the City of Napier, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part Town Section 359, Napier; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2687 (S.O. 2991) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of May 1961.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of road situated in the Sandy Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of provisional State forest reserve set apart by Proclamation dated the 7th day of October 1930, and published in Gazette, 9th October 1930, Volume III, page 3123, is required for settlement purposes; and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Inangahua County, containing 20 acres, more or less, being portion of Section 10, Block XVI, Mawheraiti Survey District, held under Warden's grant No. 5456 and bounded generally as follows: Towards the east and north-east by provisional State forest No. 132 (Gazette, 1920, page 2112); and towards the south-west by the other portion of Section 10, Block XVI aforesaid, and a road along the Snowy River.
As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 10/97A deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Taranaki Education Board, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wanganui Education Board, as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
