Land Taken for Road and an Interest in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block VIII, Tauranga Survey District, Tauranga County

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and that the interest of the licensee in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held by Russell Richard Ferrers Wakelin, of Tauranga, farmer, under and by virtue of deferred payment licence, Volume 1270, folio 53, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of June 1961.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 37·1 perches situated in Block VIII, Tauranga Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Section 9; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2827 (S.O. 40670) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VIII, Tauranga Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 1 25·9

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2827 (S.O. 40670) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of June 1961.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 31 perches, being part Section 2, Block I, Otanewainuku Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2298 (S.O. 40524) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Land Taken for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block XVI, Belmont Survey District, Together With and Subject to Certain Rights, and Previous Proclamation Revoked

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 7th day of May 1959, published in Gazette, 14 May 1959, Volume II, at page 612, and registered as No. 432965, Wellington Land Registry, taking land for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road in Block XVI, Belmont Survey District, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, together with the right of way created by memorandum of transfer No. 269345, Wellington Land Registry, and subject to the right to discharge storm water created by conveyances No. 105991 and 116011, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of June 1961.

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 6th day of April 1961, published in Gazette, 13 April 1961, No. 25, at page 551; and also hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of June 1961.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the surface of the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the subsoil down to a plane 100 ft below and approximately parallel to the surface of the said land.
