Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line
restriction imposed by notice S. 149543 and to the fencing
agreement contained in transfer S. 160259, Auckland Land
Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day
of May 1961.

ALL those pieces of land containing together 2 roods situated

hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 25th day of
February 1961, and published in Gazette, 2 March 1961, No.
17, page 354, taking land, subject to a building-line restriction,
for a teacher's residence in the Borough of Rotorua; and
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line
restriction imposed by notice S. 145708, Auckland Land Regis-
try, for a teacher's residence; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of
May 1961.
