A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 22nd day of May 1961.

Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post office purposes (line
store and garage); and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of May 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 1 rood 6 perches
situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of
Mount Albert, Auckland R.D., and being part Lots 123, 125,

Suburbs of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated

purposes, and shall vest in the Hutt River Board as
from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day
of May 1961.

Trevor Irvin White, of Taheke, farmer, under and by virtue
of deferred payment licences, Volume 688, folio 128, and
Volume 701, folio 243 (Auckland Land Registry), is hereby
taken for road and for the use, convenience, or enjoyment
of a road respectively, and that the interest in the land
described in the Second and Fourth Schedules hereto, held by
Arthur Joseph White, of Taheke, farmer, under and by virtue
of lease in perpetuity, Volume 82, folio 139 (Auckland Land
Registry), is hereby taken for road and for the use, convenience,
or enjoyment of a road respectively; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 22nd day of May 1961.
