Crown Land Set Apart for Health Purposes (Public Health Nurse’s Residence) in the Borough of Queenstown and Revoking Previous Proclamation

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 14th day of October 1960, and published in Gazette, 20 October 1960, No. 68, page 1638, setting Crown land apart for health purposes (public health nurse’s residence) in the Borough of Queenstown, and hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for health purposes (public health nurse’s residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of May 1961.

SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 21·8 perches situated in Block XXXVIII, Town of Queenstown, Borough of Queenstown, Otago R.D., being Lot 4, D.P. 9667.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of May 1961.

Land Held for Defence Purposes Set Apart for Agricultural Purposes in the Borough of Greymouth

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for defence purposes, is hereby set apart for agricultural purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of May 1961.

SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 8·1 perches situated in Block XII, Grey Survey District (Borough of Greymouth), Westland R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 1005, being part Section 473, Town of Greymouth; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2648 (S.O. 5069) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of May 1961.

Land Held for Railway Purposes Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the City of Lower Hutt

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for railway purposes, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of May 1961.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

0 1 1·7 Lot 1, D.P. 19863, being part Section 10s, Waddington Settlement.

All being parts Proclamation No. 445388, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a ministerial residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of May 1961.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 13·6 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being Lot 17, D.P. 849, being part Section 386, Town of Wellington. All certificate of title, Volume 220, folio 279, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of April 1961.
