Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

—

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 20th day of March 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 19 acres 2 roods 17 perches situated in Block IX, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 415, D.P. 46447, being part Allotments 6 and 11, District of Tamaki. All certificate of title, Volume 1690, folio 62, Auckland Land Registry, excepting out of the part shown coloured pink on the diagram endorsed on the register book all that portion of the subsoil situated below a plane 30 ft in vertical height above the centre line of the roof of a tunnel taken for railway purposes by Proclamation No. 5867, Auckland Land Registry.
