and hereby revokes the earlier notice dated 4 September 1958
and published in the Gazette of 11 September 1958, Volume
III, page 1210, declaring parts of the Kaokaoroa Tribal District
to be tribal committee areas.
SCHEDULE
KAOKAOROA NORTH TRIBAL COMMITTEE AREA
ALL that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in the
middle of the Piakonui Stream on the production north-
westerly of the south-western boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 14276,
in Block IV, Cambridge Survey District; thence proceeding
easterly along a right line to the south-western corner of Lot
23, D.P. 1297, in Block I, Tapapa Survey District; thence
south-easterly and north-easterly along the generally northern
and western sides of Peria and Gunns Roads to the south-
eastern corner of Section 55, Matamata Settlement; thence
north-easterly along a right line to the north-eastern corner
of Section 31, Matamata Settlement, in Block XIV, Wairere
Survey District, and its production to the middle of the Waihou
River; thence down the middle of that river to its junction
with the Wairere Stream; thence up the middle of that stream
to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Section 11,
Block XI, Wairere Survey District; thence to and along the east-
ern boundary of Section 11 aforesaid, to and along the southern
and south-eastern boundaries of Maurihoro A Block, to the
north-western corner of Lot 1, D.P. 5156; thence south-
easterly along the south-western boundaries of the said Lot 1
and Lots 3, 5, 7, 10, and 15, D.P. 5099, being parts of Whaka-
marama No. 2 and Lot 22, D.P. 5099 aforesaid, to Trig.
Station 909 (Waianuanu) at the easternmost corner of Block
XVI, Wairere Survey District; thence south-westerly along a
right line to Trig. Station 146 (Te Weraiti) at the western
corner of Block VI, Opoutihi Survey District; thence south-east-
erly along a right line to Trig Station 27 (Puwhenua) at the
easternmost corner of Block VII, Tapapa East Survey District;
thence westerly along a right line to Trig. Station O (Hauturu)
in Block IV, Tapapa East Survey District; thence south-westerly
along a right line to Trig. Station T1 in Block XVI, Tapapa
Survey District; thence north westerly along a right line to
Trig. Station M (Rangitanuku) in Block XI, Tapapa Survey
District, a right line to the southernmost corner of Lot 2, D.P.
25216, in Block V, Tapapa Survey District, along the south-
western boundaries of the said Lot 2, Lot 3, D.P. 25216, part
Lot 2, D.P. 5116, Lot 4, D.P. 14276, and along the production
of the last-mentioned boundary to the point of commencement.
KAOKAOROA SOUTH TRIBAL COMMITTEE AREA
ALL that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in the
middle of the Waikato River at its intersection with a right
line between Trig Station 52 (Pukekura) in Block XIV, Cam-
bridge Survey District, and Trig. Station Y (Opuahau) in
Block X, Cambridge Survey District; thence proceeding north-
easterly along the said right line to Trig. Station Y aforesaid;
thence north-westerly along a right line to the southernmost
corner of Section 3, Block VI, Cambridge Survey District;
thence north-easterly generally along the south-eastern boundary
of the said Section 3 to and along the southern side of a public
road to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of
Section 3s, Te Miro Settlement, along a right line across the
said public road to and along the south-eastern boundary of the
said Section 3s, the south-eastern boundary of Section 76s,
Te Miro Settlement, a right line across Te Miro Road to and
along the south-eastern boundaries of Section 6s, Te Miro
Settlement, and Maungakawa B1 and B2, to the south-western
boundary of part Tawawhakaporo Block; thence south-easterly
generally along the last-mentioned boundary and the generally
south-western boundaries of Lots 7 and 8, D.P. 17890, to the
southernmost corner of the last-mentioned lot; thence north-
easterly along the south-eastern boundary of the said Lot 8
and its production to the middle of the Piakonui Stream;
thence down the middle of that stream to a point in line with
the south-western boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 14276, in Block IV,
Cambridge Survey District; thence south-easterly to and along
the south-western boundaries of the said Lot 4, Part Lot 2,
D.P. 5116, Lots 3 and 2, D.P. 25216, to the southernmost
corner of the last-mentioned lot, along a right line to Trig.
Station M (Rangitanuku) in Block XI, Tapapa Survey District,
and a right line to Trig. Station T1 in Block XVI, Tapapa
Survey District; thence north-easterly along a right line to
Trig. Station O (Hauturu) in Block IV, Tapapa East Survey
District; thence easterly along a right line to Trig. Station
27 (Puwhenua) at the easternmost corner of Block VII, Tapapa
East Survey District; thence south-westerly along a right line
in the direction of Trig. Station 807 (Uraura) in Block VII,
Ngautuku Survey District, to its intersection with the production
of a right line between Trig. Station 816 (Whakaaratamaiti)
in Block VII, Patetere North Survey District, and the south-
western corner of Section 4, Block IX, Rotorua Survey District;
thence westerly to and along the last-mentioned right line to
Trig. Station 816 aforesaid; thence north-westerly along a right
line to the south-western corner of section 47, Block IV,
Maungatautari Survey District, and its production to the
middle of the Waikato River; thence down the middle of that
river to the point of commencement.

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
