Appointment of the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board
to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for soil conservation and river control purposes.

Revocation of Appointment and Reappointment to Control and Manage a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the St. Albans Board, Christchurch, of the Associated Churches of Christ in New Zealand, as published in Gazette, 27 November 1958, Vol. III, page 1722, and appoints the Associated Churches of Christ Church Extension and Property Trust Board to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a site for a youth holiday and recreation camp.
