Board Appointed to Have Control of Hororata Domain
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints Selwyn Albert Bodger, Arthur Gilbert Chapman, Llewellyn Thomas Derrett, Allan Douglas Oliver, William Roland Oliver, William Thomas Richard Rowe, John Richard Thorne, John Francis Thwaites, and Fred Nathaniel Wright to be the Hororata Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain.
