Whangape Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher's residence; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 15th day of May 1961.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 32 perches situated in Block
II, Whangape Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 4,
D.P. 38726. Part certificate of title, Volume 1114, folio 286,
Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 22nd day of April 1961.

Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher's residence;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 15th day of May 1961.

Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 15th day of May 1961.

All that piece of land containing 6 acres 1 rood 30'2 perches
situated in Block XII, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland
R.D., being part Allotment 126, Parish of Takapuna; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 2518 (S.O. 42679) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
