A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of May 1961.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 17 acres 3 roods 33·5 perches situated in Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part of the land on D.P. 15033, being part Allotment 63, Manurewa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2595 (S.O. 42701) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of April 1961.
