A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject as to the land secondly described to a restriction as to buildings and hoardings imposed by notice No. 466393, Wellington Land Registry, subject as to the land fourthly described to a restriction as to buildings and hoardings imposed by K. 448470, Wellington Land Registry, and subject as to the land fifthly described to a restriction as to buildings and hoardings imposed by notice No. 448471, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of May 1961.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of May 1961.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 27·6 perches situated in Block III, East Taieri District, Borough of Mosgiel, Otago R.D., being part Lot 18, D.P. 800, being part Section 8; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2039 (S.O. 12944) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
