A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 21st day of March 1961, and published in Gazette, 29 March 1961, No. 22, page 494, in so far as it affects the land described in the First Schedule thereto; and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the development of water power (Ngongotaha Substation), is hereby set apart for electricity purposes (substation); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of May 1961.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 14 perches situated in Block XVI, Rotorua Survey District, being Lot 27, D.P. 7530, being part Section 27, Suburbs of Ngongotaha. Part certificate of title, Volume 392, folio 64, Auckland Land Registry. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111092 (S.O. 31368) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of April 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of May 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres 2 roods 31·9 perches, being part Section 18, Block XIII, Galatea Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2589 (S.O. 40840) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land first described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Sarah Ethel Jane, of Napier, widow, under and by virtue of Crown Lease No. 10250, and the leasehold estate in the land secondly described in the said Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Alfred Edward Wakely, junior, of Napier, carpenter, under and by virtue of Crown Lease No. 10261, and the leasehold estate in the land thirdly described in the said Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by John Herries, of Napier, engineer, under and by virtue of Crown Lease No. 10253, and the leasehold estate in the land fourthly described in the said Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Charles Crabbe, of Napier, carpenter, under and by virtue of Crown Lease No. 10255, and the leasehold estate in the land fifthly described in the said Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Henry Wong Guy, of Napier, market gardener, under and by virtue of Crown Lease No. 10410, and the leasehold estate in the land sixthly described in the said Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by George Hagen, the younger, of Napier, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown Lease No. 10257 are hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of May 1961.
