Licensing Eric George Alexander Gray to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Harbour at Horeke, Hokianga Harbour, as a Site for a Boatshed

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Eric George Alexander Gray, of Horeke (hereinafter called “the licensee”, which term shall include his executors, administrators, or assigns unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the harbour at Horeke, in Hokianga Harbour, as shown as Site No. 4 on plan marked M.D. 8546 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boatshed as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
  2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of April 1961.
  3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be two pounds (£2), and the annual sum so payable shall be ten pounds (£10).

Licensing Alan Rudge to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Harbour at Whangaroa as a Site for a Wharf

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Alan Rudge (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the harbour at Whangaroa, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10575 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a wharf as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
  2. The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5), and the annual sum so payable ten pounds (£10).
  3. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of May 1961.

Licensing Eric George Alexander Gray to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Harbour at Horeke, Hokianga Harbour, as a Site for a Motor Garage

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Eric George Alexander Gray, of Horeke (hereinafter called “the licensee”, which term shall include his executors, administrators, or assigns unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the harbour at Horeke, Hokianga Harbour, as shown as sites numbered 6 and 7 on plan marked M.D. 8586 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a motor garage as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
  2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of April 1961.
  3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be two pounds (£2), and the annual sum so payable twenty pounds (£20).

Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work to be Crown Land
