Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 8th day of May 1961.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land, Subject to a Fencing Agreement, and Revoking a Previous Notice

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 24th day of February 1961, and published in Gazette, 2 March 1961, No. 17, page 364, declaring land acquired for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land, subject to a fencing agreement, in so far as it affects the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 8th day of May 1961, subject to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 339910, Auckland Land Registry.
