PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the New Plymouth City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 4 to 9 and Lots 14 to 17 (both inclusive) of a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 2453 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 15 ft from the side line of the said street.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

THAT proposed street in the City of New Plymouth containing by admeasurement 1 rood 14 perches, more or less, being part Lot 9, D.P. 8741, being part Section 56, Block IV, Paritutu Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2453 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Notice of Intention to Issue Proclamation Vesting Land in the Town of Naseby in Her Majesty the Queen as Crown Land, Subject to the Land Act 1948

COBHAM, Governor-General

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1955, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby give notice that it is my intention, after the expiration of three months from the date hereof, to issue a Proclamation declaring the land described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in Her Majesty as Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Plan showing this land is deposited in the offices of the Town Clerk, Naseby, the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Dunedin, and the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, where it may be inspected during office hours free of charge.

Any objections to the proposal either in general terms or by the registered proprietor or licensee or any other person having any estate or interest in the land are to be made in writing addressed to the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Dunedin, on or before the 31st day of July 1961.
