A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the
portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of road situated in the Te Kinga Survey
District, Westland R.D., described as follows:

Adjoining
0 0 19·2 Part Lot 2, D.P. 1248, being part Rural Section
856; Blocks V and IX.
1 0 35·3 Lot 1, D.P. 1406, being part Rural Section
856; Block IX.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 2409 (S.O. 5061) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
green.

R.D., adjoining Sections 8 and 21; as the same is more

(S.O. 6709) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the
Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 9 acres 3 roods 39 perches,
situated in Block IX, Matakaoa Survey District, Matakaoa
County, Gisborne R.D., and being part Wharekahika 10A 2
Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked M.O.W. 2432 (S.O. 5110) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured sepia.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being
an area vested in the Auckland Education Board as a site
for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the
Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust
affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances,
liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
PART Allotment 24, Hunua Parish, situated in Block II,
Opaheke Survey District: Area, 1 acre, more or less. All
certificate of title, Volume 574, folio 27. Limited as to parcels
