A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Third Schedule is hereby taken for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
