ALL that piece of land containing 11 perches situated in Block IX, Nukumaru Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 44, Waitotara District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2444 (S.O. 24857) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
