A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 11th day of March 1960, published in Gazette, 17 March 1960, Vol. I, at page 343, and registered as No. 457572, Wellington Land Registry, taking land for State housing purposes in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, subject to a building-line condition, in so far as it affects Lots 9, 13, 14, 29, 30, 34, and 35, D.P. 21706, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject to the sewerage easement created by memorandum of transfer No. 455558, Wellington Land Registry, and subject as to the land secondly described in the said Schedule to the building-line condition imposed by K. 43418, Wellington Land Registry, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of April 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing agreement contained in transfer S. 72987, Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of April 1961.
