A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of April 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 32 perches, situated in Block XIII, Whangarei Survey District, Borough of Whangarei, Auckland R.D., and being Allotment 425, Town of Grahamtown. All certificate of title, Volume 1300, folio 66, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electricity purposes (power station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of April 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the First Schedule hereto, held by Cecil Galpin Green, of Wanganui, farmer, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 25513, Wellington Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held by David Grant Davis, of Wanganui, solicitor, and Kathleen Davis, his wife, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 23518, Wellington Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, held by John Kirkwood Mullins, of Wanganui, clerk, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 23717, Wellington Land Registry, are hereby taken for the purposes of the Wanganui Metropolitan Motorway.
