Land Held for Police Purposes Set Apart for a Ministerial Residence in the City of Wellington
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for police purposes, is hereby set apart for a ministerial residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of April 1961.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 23·6 Lot 6, Block A, D.P. 1543. All certificate of title, Volume 232, folio 61, Wellington Land Registry.
0 0 23·7 Lot 5, Block A, D.P. 1543. All certificate of title, Volume 232, folio 5, Wellington Land Registry.
All being parts Section 38, Karori District.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for railway purposes, is hereby set apart for a teachers’ hostel; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of April 1961.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 28·22 perches situated in the Borough of Ohakune, Wellington R.D., being part Section 20, Block XX, Town of Ohakune; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2458 (S.O. 24819) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for better utilisation, is hereby set apart for electricity purposes (power station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of April 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Waikato Hospital Board by Joshua John James Clarkson, of Hamilton, farmer, and Anne Clarkson, his wife, under and by virtue of lease 21336, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of April 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 29th day of November 1960, published in Gazette, 8 December 1960, No. 81, at page 1913, and registered as No. 481833, Wellington Land Registry, taking land for State housing purposes in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, in so far as it affects Lots 9, 12, 30, 32, and 33, D.P. 21823, and Lots 13, 15, 16, 34, 39, 57, and 61, D.P. 21875, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject as to the land first described in the said Schedule to the storm-water easement created by memorandum of transfer No. 472147, Wellington Land Registry, subject as to the land secondly described in the said Schedule to the sewerage easement
