The Campbelltown Cemetery Closing Order 1961

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 20th day of March 1961
Present:
THE HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Cemeteries Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Campbelltown Cemetery Closing Order 1961.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1961. - It is hereby directed that the Campbelltown Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, shall be closed and burials therein discontinued from the 1st day of October 1961.
- The Campbelltown Cemetery is hereby vested in the Bluff Borough Council as a closed cemetery for maintenance in good order as a public reserve.
SCHEDULE
CAMPBELLTOWN CEMETERY
ALL that area in the Southland Land District containing 12 acres and 25 perches, more or less, being Section 27, Block 1, Campbelltown Hundred, as shown in the plan marked 191/2/551 deposited in the office of the Department of Health at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Redwood Rabbit District Order 1961.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. - The boundaries of the Redwood Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 1st day of April 1936,* are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE REDWOOD RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area of land situated in the Marlborough Land District containing 145,139 acres, more or less, and bounded by a line commencing at a point at the junction of the left banks of the Awatere and Blairich Rivers in Block XVII, Taylor Pass Survey District; thence generally in a westerly direction along the left bank of the Blairich River to its junction with a public road at the southern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 2147, in Block XV, Taylor Pass Survey District; thence generally south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of the said road to its intersection with the Pig Gully Stream; thence westerly along the Pig Gully Stream to the north-eastern corner of Section 2, Castle Hill Run, Omaka Registration District, in Block XX, Avon Survey District; thence southerly along the eastern boundaries of Sections 2 and 1, Castle Hill Run, Omaka Registration District, and westerly along the southern boundary of the said Section 1 and its production to the right bank of the Omaka River; thence generally northerly along the right bank of the Omaka River to the northern side of Dog Point Road in Block XVI, Onamalutu Survey District; thence westerly along the production of the said northern side of Dog Point Road to the middle line of the Omaka River; thence north-easterly along the said middle line to its junction with the northern side of State Highway No. 6; thence easterly along the northern side of the said State highway to the eastern side of Murphys Road; thence northerly along the eastern sides of Murphys Road and Thomsons Road and easterly along the southern side of Thomsons Road and its production to the eastern side of O'Dwyers Road in Block X, Cloudy Bay Survey District; thence northerly along the eastern side of O'Dwyers
Road to the southern side of Rapaura Road; thence easterly along the southern side of Rapaura Road to a point in line with the eastern side of Selmes Road; thence northerly to and along the eastern side of Selmes Road and its production to the middle line of the Wairau River; thence generally easterly and southerly along the said middle line to its intersection with the sea coast; thence generally southerly along the sea coast to the left bank of the Awatere River; thence generally south-westerly along the left bank of the said river to the point of commencement.

ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Te Puke Rabbit District Order 1961.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. - The boundaries of the Te Puke Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 16th day of June 1952,* are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE TE PUKE RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, County of Tauranga and Boroughs of Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, and Te Puke, containing 179,500 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at Tokatapu on the eastern shores of the entrance to the Tauranga Harbour in Block VI, Tauranga Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly generally along the shores of the Bay of Plenty to the middle of the mouth of the Kaituna River diversion opposite the northern boundary of Section 1, Block VI, Te Tumu Survey District; thence up that river diversion and westerly and southerly generally up the middle of the Kaituna River, to and up the middle of the Mangorewa River and the middle of the Ohaupara Stream, to and north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of Taumata 2 Block, to and north-westerly along the north-eastern boundaries of Taumata 2 Block and Paengaroa 1 Block, to and northerly generally down the middle of the Mangapapa Stream and the middle of the Wairoa River, to and easterly, south-easterly, and north-westerly generally along the shores of the Tauranga Harbour to the point of commencement.

Kaipara College Board of Governors Order 1961
COBHAM, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 4th day of April 1961 Present: THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 90 of the Education Act 1914, as amended by section 10 of the Education Amendment Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Kaipara College Board of Governors Order 1961.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1961. - The constitution of the Board of Governors of the Kaipara College, prescribed by section 90 of the Education Act 1914, is hereby varied so that the school shall be controlled by a Board of Governors constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Auckland Education Board;
(b) Nine members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school;
(c) One member appointed by the Governor-General.
