The Mangapapa Stream Pollution Control Order 1961

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 4th day of April 1961
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 61 of the Health Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Mangapapa Stream Pollution Control Order 1961.
  2. All that portion of the Mangapapa Stream and its tributaries described in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be under the control of the Woodville Borough Council for the purpose of preventing the pollution thereof pursuant to the Health Act 1956.
    SCHEDULE
    ALL that portion of the Mangapapa Stream and its tributaries situated in Blocks XV and XVI, Woodville Survey District, Woodville County, above the intake of the Woodville Borough water supply.
