Crown Land Set Apart for a Quarry in Block II, Waikohu Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a quarry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of March 1961.

SCHEDULE

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 11 acres 2 roods 38 perches situated in Block II, Waikohu Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being Section 25; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2307 (S.O. 5100) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of March 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a lighthouse (access); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of March 1961.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres 2 roods 27·9 perches situated in Block D, Papanui Maori Reserve, Otago R.D., being Section 67.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of March 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart, subject to K. 61925, Auckland Land Registry, certifying the existence of a line of pipes for sewage and storm water, for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of March 1961.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 37·4 perches situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 18, D.P. 38467. Part certificate of title, Volume 1174, folio 62, Auckland Land Registry.
